I don’t understand why everyone acts like any celebrity (No matter how actually…not famous, because I hate to break it to someone, some singer in a metal band is not a ‘celebrity’ but anyway) who says ‘don’t self harm’ is some kind of saint. Do you realize that 90% of the human population supports that sentiment? They aren’t any more special or unique  or kind than anyone else, of course its ‘nice’ but just because they have a platform a few thousand people see does not mean they are suddenly a philosophical genius. 

Fear

When I was a child, my worst fear was
thunderstorms
Because of that hurricane, that knocked down the tree in front of our old
home
I used to swing from that tree, on an old fashioned red piece of cold
wood

When I got a little older, my worst fear was
life
So much darkness, pain and too many challenges I was too weak to ever
survive
I used to constantly search for something to allow me to find a clever
escape

Once I finally got stronger, my worst fear was
Spiders
Because they were so tiny, so small, and so fast, with fangs and
poison
I used to hunt them down and squash them with something at hand
heavy

But you said you’d hold me close to you and sing to me during
thunderstorms.
You taught me to live, to stand up and learn from my mistakes in this blurring
life.
And you told me that I should cherish and worship all life even enduring
spiders.

Now I’m only afraid of two things, loosing you and finding
death.
Nothing can make a man taste his bittersweet mortality like blinding
love.
Nothing makes a man cherish love and life so much as to see his unwinding
fears.

I cant even go into the blood tag anymore without seeing something about cutting/self harm.
For not seeking attention, curious place to put it.

Either way, my favorite tag is ruined.

I can’t stand it when people go on tumblr, just to make entire blogs dedicated to self harm, or how much they want to kill themselves.
If you want to kill yourself, THAT much, so young, [which I kind of doubt you do] you probably should.
Considering life only gets harder the older you get.

Watching ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’, has made me realize how fucking gay I am.
